Yes is on the left and no is on the right. You'll be asked if you wish to share data. You'll be asked to confirm your choice, then the game starts. This only has to be done once, and you can change it later. Select one, and you'll be asked to choose a MII to represent yourself. This is a rapping left-to-right menu with all four save slots. Once the title screen appears, press A to get to the save menu. When you first start the game you'll get a prompt that says that extra data was created on your sd card.
